Twenty-two years operating in the West Valley commercial market means 22 years of insurance history, crew background checks, and documented compliance. For a facilities manager evaluating a new vendor, that history is verifiable in a way a two-year-old operation's assurances are not.
General Liability Insurance
We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations. This coverage addresses property damage and bodily injury claims that arise from our crews' work in your facility. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote we issue and is available on request before you sign any contract.
If your facility management company or property owner requires you to use vendors who meet a minimum liability coverage threshold, request that specification when you contact us. We will confirm in writing whether our coverage meets that requirement before you schedule a walkthrough.
Workers' Compensation
All crew members working in your facility are on our payroll and covered by our workers' compensation policy. We do not use independent contractors or 1099 workers. If a crew member is injured on your property, the workers' compensation claim runs through our policy — not yours. This is a meaningful distinction for risk managers and property owners who carry their own umbrella policies.
Bonding
We carry a janitorial service bond, which provides protection in the event of theft by an employee while working in a client facility. Bond documentation is available alongside the certificate of insurance. All crew members undergo background checks before their first facility assignment.
Background Checks
Every employee is background-checked before being assigned to a client facility. For facilities with heightened security requirements — financial offices, healthcare facilities, government buildings — we can discuss the scope of our screening process and whether supplemental screening meets your compliance requirements.
22 years in business. A contractor who has operated continuously for 22 years in one market has a verifiable record. Insurance carriers, former clients, and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors all carry records you can check independently. We welcome that scrutiny. Request a quote and a COI →
What We Do Not Have
We do not publish specific policy numbers or coverage dollar amounts on this page. Those figures belong in a certificate of insurance issued to your organization directly — not on a public website where they could be misrepresented. Request a quote and we will include a current COI naming your organization as certificate holder.
