A janitorial contract that starts without a documented process ends with a facilities manager doing informal inspections and sending complaint emails. We avoid that with a defined onboarding sequence from first call to 30-day review. Here is what it looks like.
-
1
Facility Walkthrough
An estimator walks your Goodyear facility with you — typically 20 to 30 minutes. We note floor types, restroom count, access points, special-handling areas and any operational constraints (hours, security requirements, noise-sensitive zones). No quotes are given during the walkthrough.
-
2
Written Scope of Work
Within one business day of the walkthrough you receive a written scope of work and a line-item price. The scope lists every task, the frequency at which it is performed, and the method used. If it is not in the scope, it is not in the price — and it is not a surprise invoice later. You can mark up the scope and send it back with changes; we revise and requote.

3
Crew Assignment
Before your contract starts, we assign a named primary crew and a named backup crew to your account. You receive the names before the first visit. The backup crew is trained on your scope and your facility before the primary crew's first absence — not after.
-
4
First Clean
The primary crew's first clean is inspected by a supervisor the following morning. Any missed items are corrected before the next scheduled visit, without a service call from you. The supervisor's inspection checklist is signed and available on request.

5
30-Day Check-In
At 30 days your account manager walks the facility with you in person. Punch items from that walk are corrected within 48 hours. This is a scheduled meeting, not an informal drive-by — it is on the contract as a deliverable. Most of our accounts request a quarterly version of this check-in as a standing item.
Response time commitment: If you report a missed service item during business hours (Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm), we respond by the next business day. Urgent issues (spill, biohazard, safety concern) are dispatched same-day during operational hours.
What We Do Not Do
We do not start an account without a signed scope of work. We do not subcontract your facility to a third party without disclosure. We do not quote a price over the phone without a walkthrough. We do not charge for scope changes you did not authorize in writing.
