Nightly Janitorial Service
After-hours cleaning for offices, warehouses, distribution centers and manufacturing facilities. Five-night or seven-night schedules. Scope written before the first crew visit.

Daytime staffing for restroom maintenance, common area upkeep and trash management during operational hours. Quoted per hour with minimum engagement.

Every service starts with a facility walkthrough. After the walkthrough we produce a written scope of work listing every task, frequency and method. You review the scope before we quote a price. Nothing is verbal. If it is not in the scope, it is not in the price.
Services can be bundled: a nightly janitorial contract with a day porter add-on is common for larger facilities with high foot traffic during the day. Floor work is typically on a quarterly or semi-annual schedule added to an existing contract.
