Why Goodyear Buildings Choose Us

Goodyear's commercial cleaning market is not short of vendors. What it is short of is vendors who have been operating long enough to have a verifiable track record, documented processes, and coverage that does not collapse when one crew member calls in sick. Here is what separates 22 years in business from five.

Written Scopes, Not Verbal Promises

Every account we service starts with a written scope of work. Your price is attached to specific tasks at specific frequencies. When a task is not in the scope, it is not in the price — and it is not a surprise invoice. If a task is in the scope and not completed, you have documentation to support a service credit request. Verbal agreements work until something goes wrong.

Crew Consistency

Staff turnover is the leading cause of service degradation in commercial cleaning. When a new crew member does not know your facility, quality drops until they do. We assign a primary and a named backup crew to every account before the contract starts. Both crews are trained on your facility's specific scope. An absence does not reset your service quality to zero.

Accountability Built Into the Contract

The 30-day inspection walk is a contractual deliverable, not a goodwill gesture. Punch items from that walk are corrected within 48 hours. Quarterly check-ins are available as a standing contract item. You have an account manager with a direct line, not a general inbox.

22 Years of Insurance Claims History

A contractor with 22 years in business has a claims history your insurance team can request and verify. A two-year-old operation does not. We carry general liability insurance appropriate to commercial cleaning operations and provide a certificate with every written quote. Coverage details here.

West Valley Market Knowledge

We know that Goodyear's Loop 303 distribution facilities run shifts that affect access windows. We know Litchfield Park's office corridor has older HVAC systems that push dust faster than a new building. We know Tolleson's produce-handling facilities have odor and drain concerns that generic cleaning does not address. That knowledge does not come from a franchise manual.

We are a commercial-only contractor based in the West Valley. We do not service residential accounts, and we do not subcontract your building to a third party without your knowledge. Request a quote →
